Here in the Lehigh Valley, many property management companies charge a huge chunk of your rent each month simply to oversee your properties, and, in addition, they nickel and dime you for the services they perform for you on a daily basis.
As property owners ourselves, we know: At these rates, outsourcing property management doesn’t make sense. Our Cost Structure is Different
Our competitors will charge you every month, even if your unit is vacant or your tenant doesn't pay.
With Lehigh Valley 4 Rent, if you aren't paid, we aren't paid.
We do NOT charge for the following services (many property management companies bill these as a la carte items):
- Advertising
- Showing your property to potential renters
- Signing lease with new renter
- Filing for and representing you at court evictions
- Depositing money to your account
- 'Quick' visits to a tenant (e.g.fixing a tripped breaker, explaining /showing something to a tenant, etc.)
In addition to our lower monthly rates, Lehigh Valley 4 Rent charges significantly less for maintenance than most property management companies.
